What are eConsults?

eConsults are electronic consultations between healthcare professionals (no patient-facing interaction). This form is for BC Doctors & Nurses to consult our Dermatologists on their dermatologic patient questions and skin photos.

 

How Does it Work?

• Submit your clinical question and photos below. All data is submitted and stored securely on our PIPEDA-compliant platform.

• eConsults are responded to ONLY by FRCPC Dermatologists: view their profiles here.

• You'll receive a reply within 48 hours via fax or secure email.

Please provide as much information as possible, which will allow our Dermatologists to provide the most specific advice

If you choose to submit patient's email (for them to submit photos), please tell them to look for an email from info@dermcafecanada.com

If you are looking to refer your patient (will have an audio/video visit with our Dermatologist), please complete the Referral Form instead
