Please note that: we are unable to treat other types of hair loss beyond male/female pattern type. If it is determined before/during your Appointment that you have a different type of hair loss, your Doctor will inform you of next steps.
What can I expect for my experience?
First, you will submit your info & photos

Then, choose to either receive the Dermatologist's Consultation within 24 hrs guaranteed, or to book a live video appointment

Everything (including prescriptions) can be accessed on your DermCafé Portal, which you get access to after the first experience
Is there a fee?
Care for male/female patterned hair loss is not an insured service by provincial healthcare​

Fortunately, we are able to offer this service without a fee to all patients with a valid OHIP, UHIP & ALUMO (previously Morcare) healthcard and a referral (ALUMO doesn't require a referral)!
