During registration, if you select a skin concern that DermCafé cannot safely care for, you will be advised to seek care in-person
What can I expect for my experience?
First, you will submit your info & photos
Then, choose to either receive the Dermatologist's Consultation within 24 hrs guaranteed, or to book a live video appointment
Everything (including prescriptions) can be accessed on your DermCafé Portal, which you get access to after the first experience
Is there a fee?
It depends on your selected service & province.
If you have a valid OHIP, UHIP, MSP, AHS or ALUMO (previously Morcare) card, there is no fee for Medical Video appointments.
Some services are not covered by any provincial insurance: Cosmetic Appointments, Rapid Assessments or Hair Loss Appointments.
How long is the wait?
This also depends on your service & province.
