Is there a fee?

It depends on your selected service & province.
If you have a valid OHIP, UHIP, MSP, AHS or ALUMO (previously Morcare) card, there is no fee for Medical Video appointments.

Some services are not covered by any provincial insurance: Cosmetic Appointments or Rapid Assessments.

How long is the wait?

This also depends on your service & province.

Do I get a prescription?

DermCafé is a team of Canadian Physicians providing full care. If your condition warrants a prescription, the Doctor will provide it to you!

Everything (including prescriptions) can be accessed on your DermCafé Portal, which you get access to after the first Appointment
